Individual download purchase terms — version 18 October 2026

These terms apply to digital files purchased individually through the WPTemplateKit checkout. Club WP plans have their own features and terms shown before payment.

Product, price and delivery

Each listing describes the file, version, requirements and included services. Checkout displays the total payable amount and applicable taxes before payment is confirmed; digital files have no physical shipping. After payment is confirmed, the file is accessible through the confirmation page, receipt and/or customer account. If delivery fails, email us with the order number.

Licenses, support and updates

WPTemplateKit is an independent distributor. The purchase does not include an official developer account or license, automatic vendor updates or developer support unless a product page expressly says otherwise. A file and its components may have different licenses; check them before using or redistributing assets. An individual purchase includes newer versions that WPTemplateKit publishes for 12 months from purchase, with no guaranteed update frequency. Continued access to re-download an acquired version does not extend that period.

Withdrawal and complaints

In general, a consumer may withdraw within 14 calendar days from the contract without giving a reason. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory exception applies only once supply has begun during that period following the buyer’s prior express consent, acknowledgement that the right is lost when delivery begins, and the required contract confirmation on a durable medium. Generating a download link alone does not suffice. If those requirements are not met, the statutory right remains. To withdraw or report a problem, send an unequivocal statement and order number to hello@wptemplatekit.com. Statutory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain available; there is no blanket exclusion of refunds or warranties.

Confirmation and law

The purchase receipt identifies the order and access to the file. The version of these terms accepted at purchase applies; later changes do not retroactively alter the order. Applicable law governs without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or the courts available to them by law.
