What can I download from WPTemplateKit?
At WPTemplateKit you can download Elementor templates, general WordPress templates, and specific plugins. We may occasionally remove some files from our catalog depending on their availability and functionality. If you’re looking for something and can’t find it, please contact our team.
What payment methods are accepted at WPTemplateKits?
We use a secure payment gateway with Stripe, therefore we are limited to the payment options enabled by Stripe at any given time. We do not accept any other payment methods at this time. If you have any problems making a payment, please contact our team for assistance.
How do subscriptions work?
There are two different subscription options. With the Essential subscription, you’ll have access to all the site’s templates and files, limited to 10 downloads per day, for a monthly fee of €16. If you need more downloads, you can use the Ultimate plan, which offers unlimited access to all website files for a one-time lifetime payment of €49. Depending on server load, abuse, or misuse, we reserve the right to limit the number of downloads per day or available bandwidth. If you believe your account has been unfairly limited, please contact our team.

Once you have made the payment, it takes us 24/48 business hours to activate your account.
Can I upgrade or switch plans later?
Yes, it’s possible. If you’ve paid for the Essential plan, you can upgrade to the Ultimate plan as long as your subscription is still active when you request the change. You’ll need to pay the price difference for the higher plan. To make this change, please contact our team.
Can I cancel my subscription, what are the cancellation conditions?
If you have an Essential subscription, you can cancel at any time to stop recurring charges. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for the current month due to the nature of our download site. You can request cancellation by email at hello@wptemplatekit.com or by chatting with our support team. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for claims made by Stripe, as stated in our Terms of Service.
REFUND/CANCELLATION ALERT
The Ultimate subscription cannot be cancelled, the Essential subscription can be cancelled but the amount for the current month will NOT be refunded.
What is your refund policy? Is there a money-back guarantee?
If you have an Essential subscription, you can cancel at any time, but we cannot refund the current month’s fee due to the nature of our download site. Upon cancellation, we will cancel your next scheduled recurring payment, and you will not be charged any fee. For the Ultimate plan, we cannot offer a refund as it is a lifetime subscription. If you need assistance with the cancellation process, please read our Terms of Service or contact our support team.

Are there any additional costs or fees I should be aware of?
No, the only amount charged will be the fee indicated in the plan; we do not charge any other additional costs under any circumstances.

Will I get support for the templates or files I download from WPTemplateKit?
Under no circumstances can we offer support for any of the files, as they are supplied under the GPL license and only the creators can provide support. However, we do offer support and assistance if you have any problems downloading them or find any errors on our website. If any of the templates/themes or plugins you download are not working, we will make every effort to fix it and provide you with a more up-to-date version, but we cannot guarantee it.
How do Elementor template kits work?

Do I need coding skills to use Elementor Template Kits?
No, not at all. Template kits are predefined templates that you can easily edit with the Elementor page builder without writing any code. A basic understanding of Elementor is required to make advanced design adjustments to the templates.
